Running is the opposite of a drunk
I am reading a book about running, it is not a professional one.
The book says: running is the opposite of a drunk. When you get drunk you feel like a lion, but after you are frazzled. When you run, it happens the opposite: first you are frazzled, then you feel like a lion!!!!

Last Year MCM 2012
Last year we participated with 4 runner’s team to the Milano City Marathon 2012!
The challenge was really big, few of us were well trained, but all ERM participants played the marathon with a big volunteering spirit!!
We get very good results, not only running!
In fact we won the second prize in the category of corporate fundraiser, reaching c. US $1,500 to support a Biodiversity conservation project promoted by the Italian NGO ACRA.
Some experts of our team developed trainings activity to primary schools in the surroundings of Milan about Biodiversity conservation and linkages with human being.
The ERM Foundation approved the project and agreed to duplicate such amount!
